How is my personal health information protected?

Your records are securely stored and only accessible to authorised medical staff. We never share your information without your consent unless legally required by the court.

Consent & Communication

Will I need to sign anything before treatment?

If a procedure or information-sharing requires consent, we’ll provide clear explanations and written forms for you to review and sign.

What if I don’t understand something medical?

Our team avoids jargon and always encourages questions. You’re entitled to fully understand your care and choices.

Care Planning & Your Rights
