Absolutely—you may cancel at any time. Please note a cancellation charge may apply depending on the timing and type of appointment

If we issue a private prescription for you, it will incur a cost. Alternatively, we can recommend the treatment to your NHS GP, and at their discretion, they may issue a free NHS prescription

Can I bring someone with me to appointments?

 Yes. You’re welcome to bring a carer, family member, or trusted companion to help you feel supported

No referral is needed. You can book directly with us at your convenience.

Yes, we can refer you to your NHS GP and also recommend further referrals or treatment where appropriate
