If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, you can submit a complaint by email, phone, or letter. We'll acknowledge it within 10 working days and respond formally within the following 10.
You’re also welcome to discuss concerns in person or via secure video call, with a family member, friend, or advocate present if you wish.
If you're still not satisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the Health Inspectorate Wales at
www.hiw.org.uk, an independent body that oversees healthcare services.
